 "Landscape Florida has been our landscape maintenance contractor for the past 8 years at St. Raphael. They have always been professional and performed our landscape maintenance well. We have confidence that they use "best practices" and are properly licensed to perform all aspects of our maintenance including irrigation, pest control, fertilizer applications and installation of new plantings. Over the years, we have completed several landscaping enhancement projects at St. Raphael including a new design on our pool deck and rooftop plantings over our portico and pool cabanas. Landscape Florida has been our partner on these enhancements, offering us design service and installation. These projects required design boards so that we could get feedback from our ownership. Landscape Florida provided us with everything we needed to communicate these enhancements to our ownership before implementing the projects. Few other landscapers could have offered the level of service we experienced on these enhancement projects. We feel that our landscaping relationship is a partnership, not just another vendor that is servicing our property. Landscape Florida offers us this professional partnership, meeting with us regularly to perform landscape walks so that we can communicate our maintenance and installation needs. They then offer us written communication from each of our landscape walks and we use that at subsequent walks as our follow up. They are never too busy to respond to our requests for service, with turnaround usually that same week. Landscaping is one of our most important first impressions of our community for everyone to see. I can offer my recommendation with no reservations of Landscape Florida for any of your landscaping needs.
