Sandy Johnson Vice President of Finance & Administration

Beginning her career in Upstate NY, Mrs. Johnson spent five years in accounting for an electrical wholesaler before joining Sedgwick of New York as the Accounts Receivable clerk and Technology Manager. She was later promoted to Accounting Manager and subsequently named Controller & Assistant Vice President. Her family transferred to Naples, Florida in 1998 to enable her to manage the Florida Accounting Group for Marsh & McLennan (formerly Sedgwick). After the purchase and consolidation of Sedgwick in 2000 she became the Controller for a local Produce and Seafood distributor and processing company and later joined a local Wealth Management firm. Reorganization at the Investment firm led her to the opportunity with Landscape Florida.

While at Sedgwick, Sandy was an instrumental member of the Corporate Users Group and was called upon by the Corporate Offices to assist in training other offices as well as working on the Corporate Budgeting processes. Her years of training in Quality & Client Service as well as her leadership skills are valuable assets to our relations with Clients, Vendors and Employees.

Sandy believes that, in order to be effective in her work, she must be knowledgeable of the skills she is asked to lead in, responsive to clients and vendors and accept responsibility for her work and her actions. Sandy and her husband maintain a certified Backyard Wildlife Habitat and her greatest form of relaxation is to spend time tending to their ever expanding gardens.
