Dick Evans brings a wealth of management experience to the Landscape Florida team. Dick's diversified management experience gives Landscape Florida's clients the assurance that the Service, Quality and Expertise demanded of top properties will be delivered through the Landscape Florida "Edge" program a proprietary program that gives client reports that document in quantifiable terms Landscape Florida's performance on their properties. The "Edge" program also gives feedback to individual property owners on their requests for service.

Dick's experience with all aspects of the development and management process including design, construction, operation and facility maintenance makes him uniquely qualified to deliver service to Landscape Florida's clients. Dick believes that individual property values can be increased through the administration of a high quality maintenance and enhancement programs.

Dick has served as Chairman, President and CEO of several public and private companies in the Leisure, Recreation, Hospitality, Communications, Entertainment, and Professional Sports businesses. He began his career with the Walt Disney Company where he was involved in the design, development, construction, and operation of Walt Disney World. He was one of the first people to move to Florida for the Disney organization. Over the course of his career he has been responsible for over $ 1.5 billion worth of major development and construction projects. In addition, he has been responsible for the maintenance and operation of everything from theme parks and hotels to major professional sports stadiums and motor sports complexes.
